Bookings
Bookings and quotes are made directly by phone or WhatsApp. This website does not take online payments or process bookings through forms. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the vehicle, date and final fare with you.
Fares
Fares shown on this website are indicative “starting from” rates and are not final quotes. The final fare depends on season, vehicle availability, exact pickup and drop, travel date, permit requirements, waiting time and road conditions, and is confirmed before travel. The vehicle shown for any category is indicative and may be replaced with a similar-category vehicle subject to availability.
Permits & restricted areas
Restricted areas of Sikkim — including Tsomgo Lake, Nathula, and all of North Sikkim (Lachen, Lachung, Yumthang, Zero Point, Gurudongmar) — require permits issued by the competent authorities, subject to their rules, which change with season and conditions. We assist in arranging permits where applicable but do not guarantee permit approval. We also do not guarantee access to any high-altitude point or road, as these can be closed at short notice for weather, landslides or security. See our permit guide.
Traveller responsibilities
- Carry valid original ID (and required documents/photos) for check posts and permits.
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time; share flight/train numbers so we can plan for delays.
- Follow the driver's guidance on road, weather and altitude safety.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and change terms are agreed at the time of booking and may vary by trip type (a single transfer versus a multi-day tour with permits and hotel arrangements). Please discuss cancellation terms with us when you book.
Liability
We arrange transport with due care, but we are not liable for delays or changes caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, landslides, road or permit closures, traffic, vehicle breakdown or acts of authorities. Travellers are advised to keep buffer time around onward flights and trains, and to consider travel insurance for hill and high-altitude travel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the region where the service is provided.
